Reel you in They were prompt to call when I was looking for a car but the day we bought it the shocks had an issue. Manager would not return calls. Unreasonable. Gives the best price, does not waste your time My wife and I have been trying to buy a VW for about 3 weeks now. I visited many VW dealerships and had no luck with the purchase. I searched for a Passat Sunday night, and found Florida Fine Cars. They had a few very low miles Passats that looked really nice. So, I contacted Jorge and set an appointment. We drove 2 hours each way to Miami from Marco Island. He spent time going over the car and guiding us through the process. This is why we bought from Jorge: 1- no dealer fee 2- best price on car $16500 3- low miles - 6205 miles 4- clean car- 2015 Passat 5-Professional Salesman all around It was a no haggle price, but it was the best price anywhere in the USA. Stay Away I would not recommend this dealer for anyone. Even though the sale with Ben and Maryam was perfect they did their best and financial process with Derr I would not recommend this dealer for anyone. The thing is, Mother Carol P. and I went an got a Ram 1500, transmisión went off before the 30 days the warranty from dealership. I talk to sales manager Diego, wish he was really nice to try to help out with the problem he tried his best and was really respectful... After a while, we ask for the main manager so we can talk to him about the problem... Main manager "KIKO TASEVSKI". At first everything was ok. But after a while going back-and-forth he was trying to ignore us, he gave a really bad services, he was on the phone while we where trying to talk to him. At the end he said I'm sorry I have to go, got up and walked out the door.... we called the bank they are able to get the new deal with a supptitutional of colateral, but manager KIKO, didn't wanted to help with that, mother and I don't want the car because the bad experience we had not even 14 days with the car even though sales rep. Doing his best at getting the warranty prosses, thanks to Diego and Kevin at least I have some type of answer who's they where nice and explain all the step we have to take really thankful for that. But just DONT GO TO THIS DEALER... They have an amazing way to help out to but a car but when it sets to the to the part that you want another car because they sold you a bad car is a bad experience.... Do your self a favor, DONT GO TO THIS DEALER JUST DONT. My mother would not mind taking this case to court and even call the news, Telemundo, Univisión, Chanel 6, 7, we would not mind.
