MY EXPERIENCE 06/29/2016 So I initially came in because my 2013 Malibu turned off on me while driving. In shock and anger I retired to Florida Fine Cars Miami. Waiting about 30 minutes because they were extremely busy. But I was acknowledged upon arrival immidiately. Which I liked. Frankly Diaz as well as Roland Patino made my day. I started off furious thinking my car wouldn't be finished by the end of the day but with their effort It was. Roland called made sure my warranty would cover the charges, and he even got them to pay for my diagnostic( which saved me $100.00) imagine my excitement. Very happy and satisfied these two gentlemen made me day. :) -Gabby More

Great service! Honesty! I was helped by Kahlil Priddie. He was very honest & discreet. This was my first car purchase and I was a bit nervous at first going in alone.....as a I was helped by Kahlil Priddie. He was very honest & discreet. This was my first car purchase and I was a bit nervous at first going in alone.....as a women at that! I was a bit worried. With this staff I forgot all about my concerns! Mike the finance guy was so funny! He made me feel very confident in knowing I wasn't leaving without a car. Darryl the finance guy before going forth with things had a talk with me. Making sure I was comfortable and sure about what I was getting into. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! Great place, great people! Great service! More

How a salesman ended my nightmare Buying a car was not in my plans- then I totaled my car 2 weeks ago. Shopping for a car was a nightmare until I got to Florida Fine Cars and hooked up with Matthew. Having already been to a number of dealerships, I was fearful of not finding a suitable car within my budget. Though the selections within my price range were somewhat limited, I found a vehicle that was exactly what I needed and hoped to find. It's not enough to say Matthew treated me like family: it's more like he was selling a car to his mother! I know business is business, but I truly felt Matthew was ''on my side'' and looking out for my best interests. More
