This was an outstanding experience!! Like so many others, time management and efficiency are crucial features in my life. I located the vehicle through the internet and followed up with a Like so many others, time management and efficiency are crucial features in my life. I located the vehicle through the internet and followed up with a visit to this dealer. I had already ventured to seven other places throughout South Florida over a three day span. I arrived just prior to closing time and was lucky enough to connect with Donald Jarrett, who was everything you would want your sales representative to be. He was personable and comfortable with himself and his role. There were no power plays, gimmicks or "one liners" used to close the deal. He answered every question and provided levels of expertise which assisted me in making the correct decision. There was no pressure, and he provided me with the insight necessary to effectively complete the transaction. We exchanged cell numbers, and he responded to every call the following day while I completed the steps necessary for purchase. I then emailed him my proof of insurance and a copy of the cashier's check to confirm that I was serious. When I advised that I would use Uber to get to the dealer, he rejected the concept and actually drove over 30 miles in heavy rush hour traffic to pick me up so that I could easily drive the car off the lot. Although we had just met, the hour long drive back to the dealer was quite enjoyable. The showroom is really comfortable, and the entire process was actually relaxing. I had to wait for the documentation to be prepared and for the finance representative to complete a prior transaction. I sat on a couch, listened to the piped in music and watched TV. Although there were several sales representatives throughout the complex, no one put the "hard sell" on me while I waited. Instead, they were focused on making sure that I was being taken care of. My experience with Freddy Duran, the finance representative, was equally enjoyable and efficient. We went through all of the documents and engaged in conversation which was natural, not forced. He was a pleasure to deal with. Donald then returned and sat with me in the car to help sync my phone and explain other details. He made it very clear that I could call him any time with questions. So often, this is a transient business where your sales representative is "long gone" when you need something and ultimately follow-up. I do not have that feeling with Donald and would frankly be surprised if that occurred. Nevertheless, I am comfortable that someone else from the dealer would address my needs. Buying a car can certainly be a stressful and consuming experience. Giving this dealer an opportunity to meet my needs was a very worthwhile decision. More
