Great Experience w.out the Hassel Matt was extremely helpful and had pretty good knowledge of the car I was purchasing. I contacted Florida Fine Cars about a specific vehicle I wanted Matt was extremely helpful and had pretty good knowledge of the car I was purchasing. I contacted Florida Fine Cars about a specific vehicle I wanted to see and possibly purchase and had spoken to Matt. Matt was located in the Florida Cars Miami location, but the car I wanted was at the West Palm Beach location ( 44 Miles away from Miami ). Matt took the time to travel all the way to West Palm to meet with me and show me the vehicle. He even showed me how to use all the features of the car. At the end of the day I bought the car. Matt was very professional and went above and beyond to assist me in my car buying experience. Also, the staff I worked with on the financing at the West Palm location were also very curious and extremely helpful with the Financing. More

Which are things that have happened to me in the past. However, the moment I entered Florida Fine Cars and met both David and Javier... I felt comfortable. They were both extremely helpful and honest. Not to mention, very attentive and made sure I got exactly what I wanted at a great price. I love these guys. My car buying experience was excellent and I will recommend them to everyone I know! More

Awesome Customer Service Shelina was an awesome salesperson! Any question I asked about anything, she was quick to answer or went and asked for help. She didn't fake it. A Most Trying Experience First let me say my Sales person Kelly Wallace was awesome. She went above and beyond to reassure me and ensure I got the car I paid for. That being First let me say my Sales person Kelly Wallace was awesome. She went above and beyond to reassure me and ensure I got the car I paid for. That being said this was a most difficult experience. I purchased a 2015 Jeep Patriot sight unseen, only trusting Kelly's judgment (still haven't received the vehicle so later post to come). The vehicle was purchased but almost 2 weeks after sending the wire I hadn't heard from the company. When I called Kelly informed me that they hadn't received my documents which were later discovered to have been received less than 5 days after the wire was sent. Then the problems began. My shipper goes to pick up the vehicle for export and it has two VIN numbers so he refused to take it, thankfully; as had it been given to the port it most likely would have been seized. So long story short after much hair pulling and shouting on Kelly's part she got the VIN sorted out and the car was finally shipped. She even arranged to have a recall fixed at a nearby dealer. I have yet to actually drive the vehicle so fingers crossed no more hick ups. SO A+ Kelly Wallace and C- Florida Fine Cars! More
