When out of his way to help me out ! I was not expecting it to get done, as the service area is always on high demand, however he came in clutch and fixed the small issue my car had at no extra cost. Bad service. Ok I did a review when I got the car. Everything was great, until the car start giving problems and the service center estar giving problems. The car didn't even have 30 days out of the dealer and I was even charge the first time they "fixed it" the last time I took it in I have to get mad and make complaints big complaints so someone in this places do the job. (It is sad when you have a good client but because of bad customer service a client has to be impolite to get attention it is indeed sad ) but if I hadn't I would be getting charge I DON'T know how much for nothing. 1. This car dealer has good prices. That is true! and they will help you get the car you want. 2. As soon you sign the paper n get approved by the bank and give them I great review on this website (which they ask for it) They forgot about you. 3. They have no respect for women. I felt like an ignorant just because I don't know about cars. Even the common things everybody knows and I knew I was told and explain the wrong way just to them do whatever and over charge me. This was at the service area. They try but they try wrong. I was a good client I make my first month payment before due day, I told them how happy I was with the car. Give them excellent review at the moment I bought it... This wasn't supposed to be like this. Had the car there for 2 days they didnt even give me a car to go to work, they promes call to let me know about the car for the next day and didn't. I miss time at work. Yet they really didn't care at all. After phone calls and an email with no answer. Until today after waiting 20 min on the phone for Alexis, he told me he didnt get the email or phone calls. Then when I told him I was waiting for the phone call he told me he never promes call... (which he did because I told him twice I need it the car before 3 because work...) again when I got really mad he told me he just got the email. An email that was send a day ago... I was told I needed close to $900 worth of work done o I was recommended to Florida Fine Cars Service Dept. after a not so good experience elsewhere. I was told I needed close to $900 worth of work done on my car. So upset, I took my friends recommendation and went to Florida Fine Cars. There I was assured that my car indeed did NOT need any of the work the "other place" said I needed and walked away with only a $16.55 bill for a small part needed. I was so impressed with the honesty of the gentlemen I dealt with. They checked over my car and assured me my safety and let me know what was actually needed. They set great expectations for me for the future also, so when I come back to Florida Fine Cars in Miami for my next service, I know exactly what to expect regarding issues that could/may arise. I have already told about 5 friends of the courteous/honest service I received and highly recommended Florida Fine Cars Service and will be to everyone I know!! They truly made my day!! More

MY EXPERIENCE 06/29/2016 So I initially came in because my 2013 Malibu turned off on me while driving. In shock and anger I retired to Florida Fine Cars Miami. Waiting about 30 minutes because they were extremely busy. But I was acknowledged upon arrival immidiately. Which I liked. Frankly Diaz as well as Roland Patino made my day. I started off furious thinking my car wouldn't be finished by the end of the day but with their effort It was. Roland called made sure my warranty would cover the charges, and he even got them to pay for my diagnostic( which saved me $100.00) imagine my excitement. Very happy and satisfied these two gentlemen made me day. :) -Gabby More
