We visited Flow BMW of Winston Salem March 29, 2012 to test drive a 6 series convertible and to have an inspection done. Kristen and Bob were fantastic to work with. We were immediately made to feel at home by being shown around dealership and being offered a beverage. Our test drive experience with Kristen could not have been better. She had an unbelievable knowledge of the car and all parts and functions, and made sure we had a test drive that allowed us to experience all aspects of the vehicle. We drove in regular mode and she had us experience sport mode on straight road and on curved road. Have never had a test drive experience to compare with this one. Our service experience was also 5 star. Kenny and Rick could not have treated us nicer or been any more efficient. Our vehicles were given the necessary attention in record time and everything was handled in a very friendly, courteous and professional manner. I have bought several (5) BMW's from Flow in the last couple of years and each time I deal with them the experience gets better! I'm a hard core BMW fan, drive them, ride them and race them and Flow doe couple of years and each time I deal with them the experience gets better! The last 3 have been European Deliveries and it's neither easy nor does it make a lot of money for the dealership, but in each case they have provided great services. I highly reccomend Flow BMW! Had a 325 that we bought from Flow over a year ago traded it in for a 525. Our sales person Brent was wonderful to work with. No hassle and everything went smooth. That is why I rate them a 5.
