I purchased a brand new Chevy Cruze from my Atlanta Dealership. After two weeks of purchase I had a bubble come up on my rear passenger tire after driving to Winston Salem. I called my dealer and they Dealership. After two weeks of purchase I had a bubble come up on my rear passenger tire after driving to Winston Salem. I called my dealer and they said take it to a local dealer here and the warranty would cover the tire. I went to Flow Chevy service department. I pulled in and explained the problem to the lady at the desk. I was told it would be one and a half hours and my car would be ready. No one bothered to take my name or number. I returned a little over an hour later. I was told I need to speak to Mike the service manger. He told me that the tire was punctured and not covered. I explained that i understand if for what ever reason the warranty did not cover but to have me wait over an hour was unacceptable and I explained I would have paid for the tire if they had just told me. He just stood there and stared at me. I will make sure I drive all the way back to Atlanta If I ever need anything. I would not even let this service department check my air or oil! More
Flow Chevy is number one in my experiences. These guys went beyond the call of duty and even my sales person, Steve Cooke, came in on is day off to assist me. Wow, now that is service because how many of went beyond the call of duty and even my sales person, Steve Cooke, came in on is day off to assist me. Wow, now that is service because how many of us would do that. All of these guys worked hard to secure the car of my choice and made a dealer transfer simple for me. I got a chance to even meet the general manager, Dee Harris and now I know why all of the other people seemed to be willing to help me with all of my questions and that of course seemed to be because of his leadership in excellence. Thanks Guys, Jerry Burlington, NC More

MATTHEW COMPLETED OUR FINANCING IN A VERY EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. WITHOUT THESE THREE GENTLEMEN, MY EXPERIENCE WOULD NOT BE THE SAME. THEY ARE A GREAT REPRESENTATION OF THE FLOW DEALERSHIP AND HOW BUSINESS SHOULD BE CONDUCTED. THIS IS THE SECOND VEHICLE I HAVE PURCHASED AT FLOW AND IT SURELY WILL NOT BE THE LAST! More
Can't say enough as to how pleased i am with this Flow dealership. Traveled all the way from Raleigh to Winston Salem for a car i was looking at online. I made it clear i was interested in the car Flow dealership. Traveled all the way from Raleigh to Winston Salem for a car i was looking at online. I made it clear i was interested in the car but unless they could give me a number in the ballpark on what i needed for my trade i couldn't do the deal and did not want to waste my time money and miles driving 2 hours away. They were able to get close enough without seeing the vehicle i decided to take a chance and it was worth it. I worked mostly with Scott Dowd and he was fantastic. No pressure, always friendly and helpful and was great at explaining every step. One of the things i was most impressed with was their system for how they value your trade in. Most of the dealerships around here seem like they have gotten lazy. They plug in your cars info on autotrader and then autotrader spits out the auction price for the car and that's all they want to pay, maybe a little more depending on if they want your car or not. Not Flow. Flow actually looks at the KBB value of your car and other valuations from other places and then tells you item by item why your trade in is worth more or less then that value and explains what the cost valuation is on each of them. (Paint chip being $50 to fix for example). So i felt like they were giving me an honest price for my trade and worked with me on that end great. On the sales end of their car, the price was very fair. They listed it just under blue book which was a relief because they don't haggle on their price. Because they don't need to. Most places will list their car for KBB price and then haggle down making it time consuming and a pain for the buyers. In all i got a fair price on their car, and they gave me a fair price on my trade in. Scott Dowd really worked to help us rather than sell us. We even mentioned we were looking for a car similar to what he owns as his own car and he offered to let us see his and check it out. Who does that these days?! Anyway, i purchased the car and will definitely consider doing business with them again in the future and would highly recommend them! More

I had nothing but a positive experience at the Flow dealership (Winston-Salem, NC), specifically working with Chris Kelley. I chose to pursue my car search at this location and with this particular sal dealership (Winston-Salem, NC), specifically working with Chris Kelley. I chose to pursue my car search at this location and with this particular sales professional because he had recently helped my family with a prior purchase. With regards to my personal experience, Chris went above and beyond to accomodate my every need when purchasing my new Z71 Chevy Tahoe. Not only was Chris helpful, but he was very knowledgeable on every vehicle offered. I would reccomend this dealership and Chris Kelley to anyone seeking a first-class: vehicle, service, and overall experience. More

Went to the dealership to get a diagnostic to find out where a leak was coming from on my door. The signs in the shop said $39.95-$89.95 for a diagnostic. So I asked them to perform a diagnostic and let m where a leak was coming from on my door. The signs in the shop said $39.95-$89.95 for a diagnostic. So I asked them to perform a diagnostic and let me know how much the repair would be, should I decide to get maintenance done on my vehicle. The man calls me up and says it is a deflector, which is just a cheap piece of plastic that is pretty much glued to the door and prevents leaks, the deflector will be close to $400.00 and if I wanted the weather stripping replaced the price would be an additional $400.00. I told him, no thanks, because that’s just too high and I can get it done for much cheaper at another shop that offers warranties on their work as well. Then I ask the man how much I owe him for the diagnostic. He says $170.00, I just restate what it says on his sign and he says oh ill give you a discount, then promptly get off the phone with me. So I go to the shop after I get off of work and ask him what the discount is. He said he would drop it to $125.00 so I say show me your parts and labor book. He gets on the computer and shows me prices for actual maintenance being done. I tell him no maintenance was done so why charge me for the 2 hours of labor? He says because we took the inside of one of your door on and off, so we could perform the test. Correct me if I'm wrong but that’s part of a diagnostic test. I’m in a hurry, because I have to pick my son up from daycare and my wife up from work, I pay up and leave. I call back the next day and pretend I’m a possible customer. I ask, how much would it be to find out where a leak on my car is coming from. He says $89.95. I say, oh ok. Well that's funny because I got charged $125.00 for that very same diagnostic. He says ugh let me transfer you over to Mike. He does and I call Mike out on it. He never said the other guy was incorrect, he just repeated the same b.s he told me the previous day. So I told him I would never do business with Chevy again and I would be giving him bad remarks on the survey and the man hung up on me. Also the previous week I had maintenance performed on my car I had a big fiasco where they tried to charge me an additional $780.00 for parts I had already paid for. I should have gone with my gut and not dealt with them after that. I halfway wonder if they acted that way because of race. More
