These people are "OUTSTANDING". I have been shopping the internet for a pre-owned convertible for the past few weeks and contacted several dealers via email most of them could NOT or would NOT shopping the internet for a pre-owned convertible for the past few weeks and contacted several dealers via email most of them could NOT or would NOT answer my questions and some dealers never even responded! the last dealer I sent an email to was Toyota West and within five minutes I got a response from Anita Franks, Anita was able to answer all of my questions and made an appointment for my wife and I to drive the car the following morning, at the dealership Ms.Franks introduced us to Perry Whaley who would be our salesman, Perry is a great guy, laid back, a no presure gentleman! After our test ride, trade evaluation and some number crunching we made a deal. From start to finish we were at the dealership for a litte over an hour, I have waited longer to get a table for dinner at local Charlotte restaurants!!! Truley a great buying experience. Shane, the salesman, was great. He answered questions when we had them, and gave us space when we wanted it.
