This is the second dealing I've had with Toyota West and Cordell. Both times have gone very well. He listens to what you are looking for, instead of just trying to sell whatever car will make the best pro Cordell. Both times have gone very well. The only complaint I had with my vehicle was that the previous owner didn't turn in everything the vehicle originally came with, but that was out of the dealership's control. More

We have had a Toyota since 1973. This was by far the best sales experience that we have ever experienced. We discussed options and qualities about the car (Prius). They asked what we wanted (color, options, etc), they found a car that matched our criteria, and then we negotiated a satisfactory price--with no hassle!!! This is the 4th Toyota and 3d Prius we have purchased from this dealer. They are miles away from our home ( several Toyota dealers are much closer) but we always go back to Toyota West because of their from this dealer. I found everyone I dealt with at this dealership to be knowledgeable, very courteous, and genuinely interested in my satisfaction of the trade/sale. The overall experience was decent. Typical of my past experiences in buying a used auto. I had prearranged financing to make my experience easier. I found myself having to nickle and dime to get to an am experiences in buying a used auto. I had prearranged financing to make my experience easier. I found myself having to nickle and dime to get to an ammicable position. I was offered an exceptionally low value on my trade initially, lower than even carmax wholesale in Greensboro, NC. I had to haggle to get to even a decent number on my trade in. Had I not been offered a lesser rate at my credit union that day of 3.2% vs 4.2%, originally prequalified for, I would have walked away from the deal all together. The lesser rate made up the difference in payment. The sales manager was willing to lose the deal over $350, literally. The dealership was focused on their one time profit vs making a long term relationship and earning the business of a new customer for years to come. I will not be back to the dealership for these reasons. More
