This was the easiest truck purchase I have had to date. I had leased a Tacoma from Cordell three years ago and was looking to get out of the lease and into a buying program. Upon arriving at Toyota West, I was greeted By Ryan Davidson, who was outside. He greeted us and ask if he could help us. We were escorted into the dealership, and introduced to the general manager Todd. At that point the process was started. Even though it was a lengthy process everything went smoothly and in a timely manner. We were treated very kindly. I would have no problem returning to Toyota West, or recommending them.
