On 12/01/2010 my family and I came in to Toyota West Dealership not actually looking for a new vehicle, but to turn in a previously leased vehicle because the time was getting ready to expire. Before my trip to the dealership in the past couple of weeks I have had several conversations with Chris Haverstick in reference to my leased Camry. He was very concerned with helping me to help make sure I had the knowledge of that program and making sure that mt decision was the best for me. Upon arriving and entering the dealership my family and I was introduced to Chris Haverstick. He was very professional and answered every question that was asked of him. Mr. Haverstick offered and explained every option possible to either continue with another lease or purchase a new vehicle. My family and I decided to purchase a new Toyota Corolla. After deciding to purchase the new vehicle Mr. Haverstick continued to work hard and give myself the best price on the vehicle. My family and I was then then introduced to the Finance Director Mike Gurley. Mr. Gurley was also very professional but personable with us. He explained and went over every type of paperwork that needed to signed. Overall my experience with Toyota West was great and I would recommend the Dealership to my extended family and anyone I know. Russell was so very helpful, he took time to explain all about the Corella, took me on a test drive and explained in full how everything works. Were originally looking for a used Camry for our son, but the 0% financing on new 2011 cars led us to look at a new Camry or Corolla. Anita Franks provided very accurate & prompt internet email response to questions. Jerry Lambert provided a list of vehicles available in exterior color I wanted & explained all differences. You guys did it, When nobody else would even talk to us about our trade in. The show room was very well maintained, the staff was very well informed about all cars/trucks.
