This particular visit was a simple NC Inspection, but I was treated as if it was a major event. Greeted quickly by a service advisor, paperwork completed, etc. At the end, had a little trouble getting my registration card back. Couldn't find it, and service technician himself came out and helped me find it. Resolved.....One of the reasons I will lease another VW after the emissions settlement will be the efficiency of this department. More
