Wonderful Customer Service. I had test driven several cars from other dealerships and had varied impressions from them. I thought I had it finally narrowed down to two cars, but I had test driven several cars from other dealerships and had varied impressions from them. I thought I had it finally narrowed down to two cars, but I was nearby the Volkswagen dealership and decided that I should at least test drive the last vehicle on my list- a 2018 Golf GTI. I was introduced to Emil and throughout the entire process he was respectful and extremely professional. When I asked to test drive the GTI that I wanted and he simply gave me a rundown of the vehicle, retrieved the keys and plates, showed me the interior along with the functions specific to the trim, and then hopped out and told me to have a good test drive. At the end of my test drive Emil was genuinely disappointed that I had only done a small loop, similar to my other test drives at other dealerships with the salesman in the back seat. He recommended that I should take it on the highway to be absolutely sure of what I was thinking of getting, and that if I wanted to that I can come back to test drive again- so I did. I put nearly 50 miles total on that vehicle and during those miles the car sold itself. I never felt pressured during the entire process and I would highly recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone who always needs to test drive a car before making a decision. More

Good as new! Very helpful and professional. Took my 2012 Tiguan in when I realized I had water inside the car. They diagnosed it quickly as a leaking sunroof. Flow Volkswagen Wilmington put up a big fight for me I needed a new engine in my car and my warranty company was supposed to pay for all of it. Keep in mind that this was going to be a $5,100 job but my I needed a new engine in my car and my warranty company was supposed to pay for all of it. Keep in mind that this was going to be a $5,100 job but my warranty said they would only pay $3,400 of the bill because they said that the engine could be rebuilt, But Flow VW did the math and it actually came up more to rebuild the engine than to put a rarely used engine back into it. Well the warranty company would not listen. Flow VW of Wilmington was fighting with my warranty company for about to weeks and my warranty company sent 2 adjusters out a few days apart. To make a long story short the warranty company did not give in but I really wanted to recognize Shane that works in the service department. He didn’t give up after the first dispute he gave a 100% on trying to get my Warranty company to pay for the damage. Shane had probably talked to 10 different people but they just did not give in, and even though VW could not repair my car for me because I didn’t have the extra $2000 difference I still would recommend this guys to anyone. Just don’t get Wynns Warranty company to cover your vehicle. Thanks so much Shane for doing all you could!!!!! Luckily I found a shop that would do it for what the warranty will pay but who knows how this is going to turn out.....LOL. Once the car is fixed and running I will be trading it in for a nice truck. So when it cranks up it just has to get me to the dealer, that’s all I need.. LOL... One again. Flow Volkswagen of Wilmington is a outstanding business! More
