Repairing a speaker I live an hour and a half from the Flow dealership in Winston-Salem, NC. Last week I took my new 2017 VW convertible (THE FOURTH NEW CAR I HAVE PIRCH I live an hour and a half from the Flow dealership in Winston-Salem, NC. Last week I took my new 2017 VW convertible (THE FOURTH NEW CAR I HAVE PIRCHASED FROM THIS DEALERSHIP) to have a speaker replaced. Today I noticed the corresponding speaker on the other side was also bad. I just called the dealership and asked them to order the speaker so I wouldn't have to make two trips in: one to verify the speaker is bad and another for the actual repair. They refused. So I have 6 hours of driving because THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. More
