If they dont have what you're looking for, they get it for you immediately. No sales pressure, the car history is always available and you get a trade value that is fair. This past month I dealt principally with Zee, who was well informed about the vehicles, he was quick to respond to e-mails and telephone calls and when I purchased the cars he had them ready to go when promised. RJ (the Owner) is accessible and when you deal with him you get honest answers and helpful advice. If he has a car that may be appealing he will go over the pros and cons of the make and model to make sure that you're happy with the car you purchase. I got this vehicle from them in October of 2013 and told them that the only way i would ever trade this car in would be for an Audi S8. It had to be black like my A8 with all the bells an whistles. Sure enough I got a call from JD 2 weeks ago telling me that if I was interested that he had located a black S8 for me with 500 miles. Easiest car buying experience ever! Working with Haig at Foley Motorsports was the most pleasant car buying experience of my lifetime. I grew up tagging along with my Dad from dealershi Working with Haig at Foley Motorsports was the most pleasant car buying experience of my lifetime. I grew up tagging along with my Dad from dealership to dealership as he bought cars and have seen all the stereotypical car salesman. And in the 20+ years I've been buying my own cars, I've seen em all too. Haig is not one of them. Professional and courteous from the start, there was no question that he wouldn't answer, ensuring that anything I asked was no problem. From negotiating a trade in value on my car, to the price on my "new" car, I felt comfortable with him and trusted he was doing the right thing for me and for him. After agreeing on the deal, it seemed "too easy" and I told him that. At which point he encouraged me to take as much time as I needed, he wanted me to be 100% comfortable with the deal before we moved forward. And once I was comfortable, he processed the financing and the deal within hours and I had my new vehicle the same day! I may never go to another dealer again.
