I live in San Diego, CA. and after reseraching for 2 weeks to purchase a new Silverado 1500 standard cab short bed. I contacted Folsom Chevy and from the very first phone call talking with Mike/Sales Ma weeks to purchase a new Silverado 1500 standard cab short bed. I contacted Folsom Chevy and from the very first phone call talking with Mike/Sales Manager I was treated with respect and great customer service, which I then made several additional calls talking with Sean Sullivan / Sales Rep. which was great suppling me with photo's and information on this truck since I was unable to view giving the distance from San Diego to Folsom, after agreeing to a purchase price provided by Scott/Sales Manager, I agreed to put a deposit down on this truck. Then I booked a flight to Sacramento, CA. which Sean the sale rep. pick me up at the airport, and then after arriving at the dealship I was greeted with outstanding customer service, I'm 51 years young and I have never received such great customer service while purchasing a vehicle. Roger in Finanace made the paperwork process quick and simple since I had to get on the road and drive back to San Diego that morining.
