Apart from James, however, when I called to see if a ride option was available, I called the "general" number twice, the call was answered, I could hear voices in the background and I was promptly hung up on. I instead took and Uber to pick up my vehicle. I don't mind finding my own ride, and I certainly don't expect the dealer to provide one, just please have a more simple system in place to request or schedule a ride (or not, if that courtesy is unavailable). Additionally, when I paid for the service at the cashier's station, I was met by two young women who were not particularly friendly. Now let me be clear. Perhaps they were having a very busy or bad day, and I certainly do not expect (or want) my butt kissed, but a friendly greeting and a "thank you" when the transaction was complete would be nice. Again, maybe they were having a bad day, or the previous customer was a bear...I don't know. We all have bad days sometimes. More
