Shady. . I love my F150. I can’t stand how untrustworthy the employees are. I requested my transmission be heavily tested multiple times when having my 5,000 . I love my F150. I can’t stand how untrustworthy the employees are. I requested my transmission be heavily tested multiple times when having my 5,000 mile servicing done and each time it was “fine.” Finally after getting fed up I demanded it be fixed before my warranty expired. I had to fight just to get the problem resolved and still was met with opposition, coverage limits, different answers regarding what is covered and what isn’t, and was made to feel it was somehow my fault that my 2019 F150 WITH 40,000 MILES ON IT, needed a new transmission. Turns out, MY TRANSMISSION WAS SHOT AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED.. At least they replaced it after months of my wasted time telling them to fix the problem.. Your time as a customer at Ford is not important at all. I would like to say I won’t be returning to Folsom Lake Ford for service, but they have it perfectly set up that they are my only option. Thanks for nothing “Ford Family..” Just a sunny place for shady people.. More
