James Willis is amazing. He had a flood of people walk in all at once, he remained positive, polite, and courteous to every single person. He always has a smile on his face a He had a flood of people walk in all at once, he remained positive, polite, and courteous to every single person. He always has a smile on his face and always goes above and beyond. The shuttle got backed up as they were down a driver so my son and I could not go to breakfast as planned. While we were waiting for an oil change, James made sure to offer snacks and drinks to keep us comfortable during the wait. He even offered my son his breakfast sandwich. Like I said he goes above and beyond, and this is EVERY time I have come in to Ford. Thank you James for being so amazing. Your kindness and generosity do not go unnoticed. James is the reason I gave 5 stars, some other people who work there could use a little training in customer service etiquette and a simple smile on their face. More
