This was the fourth new Ford I have purchased from Folsom Lake Ford. From the service department to the showroom floor, I have always been treated with courtesy and respect. I have always felt like Folsom Lake Ford has had my best interest in mind. This purchase was the best one yet. I first started working with the assistant sales manager Joe Romiez, who from the very start on the phone, walked me through what he could do and was committed to give me the best deal possible. As I walked into the show room, I was greeted by Joe and his sales consultant Conner Shaw. From that point on, I was treated with respect and made to feel that they had my best interest at heart. Working with Conner proved to be the best experience I have had. Conner worked with me to meet all my needs. With that said, I cannot say enough about the professional service I have received over the last 40 years. My experiences, whether it has been purchasing a new car or having my car serviced have been always first class. There is no other dealership I would purchase a car or have my cars serviced than Folsom Lake Ford. This experience proves that Folsom Lake Ford is committed to customers and always strive to be the very best! Brought my car in for oil change, tire rotation and inspection. The Quick Lane manager was very friendly and found me coupons which saved me $20-30. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the next day I discover a valve cover for one of my tires is missing. More
