Service was great and Service Advisor (Luis) is amazing. Sadly, both were overshadowed by shuttle driver who is equal parts homophobic and racist. Fellow passenger and I were discussing state budget and d Sadly, both were overshadowed by shuttle driver who is equal parts homophobic and racist. Fellow passenger and I were discussing state budget and driver chimed in with his views on the "Trans Agenda" followed by some of his "white honky" views on a black male prostitute. Needless to say, I didn't bring up either topic. I've seldom been less comfortable in a shuttle and couldn't wait for the free ride to be over. I'll pay for an Uber next time! More
