My husband and I worked with Ben and Marvin and both were a pleasure to work with. We had many questions about the Bronco we were purchasing, since there's so many trims and packages, and they were knowledg a pleasure to work with. Ben worked with us on the sale and getting to know him during the time we worked with him, we felt like he was a friend by the time we were done. He made sure we left with a Bronco keychain for me and a hat for my husband. Marvin had to make the 3 hour drive to our home to pick up the vehicle we were trading in. I had a bells and whistles lesson on the way. After the sale, there was a delay in getting our reward points that we wanted to use to buy a rear cargo mat. Scott, the sales manager, stepped in and shipped a cargo mat to us free of charge. They truly do care about the customer even after the sale is done. More
