I had my call in for a regular maintenance back in February and then a week or so later I got a call about a recall that I needed to get taken care of. I ended up having multiple recalls on my truck a February and then a week or so later I got a call about a recall that I needed to get taken care of. I ended up having multiple recalls on my truck and I am disappointed that for a regular maintenance’s service that recalls are not checked as part of the service. When I called to schedule for my recalls, I also had an error about my electric system come up and needed to get that checked too. It took me over 30 minutes, being bounced between different departments, being hung up on, no one picking up the phone, no one could really tell me what the electrical system error was even when I gave them the error message I got. Eventually, I had someone tell me that they would look into the error and call me back, but no one ever did. When I got my email notification about my upcoming appointment, I rescheduled my original date and added notes to my appointment. Part of my notes was please call me and I checked the option to call me. No one did. This experience was horrible. At this point, I would have a hard time recommending this place to anyone. More

Luis checked me in quickly and took down all the problems I was having with my 2022 F150.
