I bought my truck here 24 years ago and have faithfully brought it here for service the majority of time. It seems that the online scheduling has made the experience much easier, better and more organized brought it here for service the majority of time. Granted my appointment was first thing in the morning and the service dept. was quieter, so I got good service attention. Jim helped me and he was attentive and got me all scheduled up and quoted approximately what the cost would be. When I picked up, the cost was what was quoted. For the most part, the service at Folsom has been pretty consistent, professional, good quality of work, which is why I have continued to do business with them. More
