Luis the service associate was friendly & very helpful. I came in for a recall issue & he found another recall to be done. I also told him about the slight battery issue I was having & that the auto sta I came in for a recall issue & he found another recall to be done. I also told him about the slight battery issue I was having & that the auto start / stop was not working. He stated & would have it checked out. Got a call a few hours later from him stating my truck was ready & also installed a new battery. I was very pleased with his attention. Thi is my 3rd vehicle I have bought from FLF & would recommend them to all. More

Nick the Service Writer is incredible. Extremely patient and understanding.
