My truck was returned to me with rubber cup imprints on the windshield. Also there was tape at the top of the windshield used for what I don't know. I think it would be good practice to wash the windshie the windshield. Also there was tape at the top of the windshield used for what I don't know. I think it would be good practice to wash the windshield and remove the tape BEFORE returning it to the customer. I would like to feel as if my business mattered and you were doing everything to insure I was satisfied without my having to point out the things you should be doing to perform great customer service and not just the bare minimum hoping its enough. I’ve been going to this service center for almost 3 years now and can say that I don’t want to go anywhere else. The staff have never pressured me into anything and are always very informative.
