Making the appointment was easy and on my schedule. The maintenance was under 2 hrs, so was able to wait in the most comfortable waiting room for a service department I have ever been in. Service was absolutely fantastic in comparison to the horrendous service I received at Future Ford on Madison. From the time I arrived to the time I picked up my vehicle, Brigitte Frye was superb at ever horrendous service I received at Future Ford on Madison. From the time I arrived to the time I picked up my vehicle, Brigitte Frye was superb at every aspect of my visit. Not only that, my vehicle was ready by noon as promised. Future would have had it all day long and not communicated with me. I will continue to bring both my Ford vehicles to Folsom Lake Ford for all my service. My only criticism would be that I wasn't given anything advising of the remaining life of tires, brakes, etc. Not a huge deal but that's always nice to have something to review the status of other vehicle items as other dealers provide.
