Had my car serviced. Nicole did not explain at time of service exactly what was going to be performed. When I picked up my car I did not receive a condition report. The next day my tire light went on. I checked the tire pressures and all were not set correctly. I called and spoke to Nicole about the problem. And requested a call from her Manager. I corrected the issue and the next day the tire light came on again! I discovered a screw in one of the tires. I spoke to Corey and he told me that the technician found the screw during the service. I spoke to Nicole TWICE and never did she disclose that information to me! This is a very serious matter and due to the screw in the tire I could have had a blow out and had a serious accident causing bodily injury not just to myself and my passengers but to others on the road!as well! At the time Nicole told me of cracking Nicole should have advised me of the screw in my tire asked me if I wanted the tire repaired or suggest I have it repaired immediately for my safety. More
