Then they requested 4K to fix it. They are big time scammers stay a way from these xxxxx. More

Outstanding Service! Miss Alyssa provided us with an outstanding service during our visit at Fontana Nissan! We contacted her over the phone first, she didn't play any gam Miss Alyssa provided us with an outstanding service during our visit at Fontana Nissan! We contacted her over the phone first, she didn't play any games, but since we weren't sure what we want she invited us to stop by the dealership. We don't live close but decided to pass by 5 nissan stores to go and see her! She has a very warm yet honest way of gandeling a customer over the phone! I wpuld be surprised if she wasn't the top sales person at the store! Once we arrived she greeted us promptly, and (as she explained in the phone) introduced us to a sales consultant to show and test drive us in the cars we considered. I wish she could of stayed with us the whole time because we just love her! The sales person was very nice as well. Long story short, we found the car, she checked on us a few times during our visit to make sure we are well taken care of and then once we agreed on the car and the terms of financing she came down to congratulate us. She also called to check on our satysfaction and offered to go over the features with us again but we didn't need to trouble her any more. I can't wait to take my family to see her when they are ready to buy a car!! She is a dream come true when it comes to a sales person, her customer service is to die for! Thank you Miss Alyssa!
