First car buying experience was made wonderful by them Every dealership gave me the run around, they treated me like I was stupid because I'm a first time buyer. Nissan did not. He immediately showed me the car I wanted to see and explained in detail everything he could about the car and the engine, which all the other dealers did not. He also made sure I he answered all my questions which I really appreciated. He also didn't try to push a more expensive deal on me and he only worked in my price range. This dealership made my first car buying experience very pleasant and they were more than willing to work with me. Each person that worked with me was so friendly and explained everything they could to me and they made me feel that my service was important. Every one was so kind there and I believe that is so important for a car dealership. Other dealerships should take note from Fontana Nissan. I know that I'll be returning to them when it is time for a new car. More

Good to me, belittled my partner Vasilevsky was amazing kept us calm and laughing alot. Truly appreciated him helping so much in getting the perfect car. Financing was a complete 360, I believe his name was Sal, would not make eye contact when speaking to us. Did not discuss anything related to payments to me but rather just my co signer. I was completely unaware of what I was signing when a contract was infront of me. He came into the room and made my partner feel very stupid by speaking to her as though she was a 4 year old. She was very upset by this and towards the end of the transaction was ready to storm out of the dealer. I could not tell if it was because my partner is female and that's what caused him to speak to her in such a way but it was uncomfortable for both of us. More
