Well, my recent visits to FONTANA NISSAN can best be I love to write. And more importantly I love to write about great experiences (as well as bad). Well, my recent visits to FONTANA NISSAN can best be described as “GREAT” and “OUTSTANDING”!! Allow me to explain. About three months ago, my daughter came to me and stated that she wanted to purchase her first new car. I had bought her two used cars over the years. But, now at age 21; as she explained, she wanted to make a “big girl” decision. I was excited for my daughter as she began this new chapter in her life. So much so, that I decided I needed a new car also. Understand, I hadn’t had a new car payment since 1995. I have had dozens of cars during that time (Corvette, Saab, Jaguar, etc), but, I simply paid cash. And I already owned three cars. But, being new to California, I thought it a great idea to establish a closer relationship with my credit union. So, we began the shopping process using the True Car service through our credit union. We did our research and decided to purchase two new 2016 Nissan Versas. We visited three dealerships before visiting the BEST NISSAN DEALERSHIP in this state and I believe nation. Without calling the name of the other dealerships, I will provide locations that you should avoid. First, since we live in Beaumont, we went to the Nissan dealer in Redlands, California. They didn’t have time for us. They wouldn’t answer any of our questions and walked away from us while we were out looking on the lot, because (I’m guessing), we weren’t ready to purchase immediately. Now bare in mind, they had no problem calling us a dozen times when they received our true car inquiry, but didn’t have any time for us when we entered their dealership. Second, we went to the Nissan dealer in San Bernardino, California. While they took the time to see us. When I questioned the extreme cost of “add-ons”, I was told they would call me and let me know if there was anything they could do about selling us cars that didn’t have add-ons. Needless to say, we never got that call. And when I called them, the response was they could take off half of the add-on cost of over $2500.00. Ouch!! Talk about markup! Third, after receiving the best True Car price from a dealership in Orange County, we were promised by the Nissan dealer in Hemet, California, that they would honor those prices if we came into their dealership instead. Being closer to Hemet, I agreed. I left work (and a very hectic schedule) early to go to the dealership in Hemet, California. Their director of internet sales flat out lied. He did not honor the prices agreed upon over the phone. He increased the cost of the cars substantially, and then insulted us racially when we didn’t agree to give him our social security numbers. My daughter witnessed the salesman (who I believe is a pretty decent young man working for a terrible dealership) apologize to us for the behavior of the director of internet sales. In fact, he apologized several times before we walked out, having been insulted and degraded. I should note that we had “cash instruments” from our credit union ready to purchase!! We had already gone to the credit union, got approved in less than 2 minutes and were ready to buy cars. FINALLY, we had almost given up. We decided to purchase a couple of used cars from private parties. Then, in one final effort, I tried FONTANA NISSAN. And I am so thankful to God that we did. This place was amazing. We first met Ayman, and during my second visit, Julissa. He was patient, professional and gracious to us the entire time during our visit. He is truly a salesman I will buy cars from forever. We told Ayman of our horrific experiences with the other dealerships. Let me tell you how great FONTANA NISSAN was to my daughter (which is most important to me) and myself. First, they didn’t make us provide social security numbers; and treated us a cash buyers. Second, they didn’t put any “add-ons” on the vehicles. And they slashed the prices tremendously. I was truly surprised. They had the BEST PRICE on the two 2016 Nissan Versas we bought, of any dealership in the region. We were welcomed to the dealership by the sales manager, the general manager, the finance manager and every person there we encountered. FONTANA NISSAN truly provides a family environment. They provide the best and lowest prices. And they treat you with respect. Ayman and Julissa are truly rare salespersons. I would recommend FONTANA NISSAN and Ayman (my salesperson) or Julissa (who assisted me in picking up my second car) to anyone looking to buy a new Nissan or a great used car. I believe Ayman to be honest, professional and caring. And I believe FONTANA NISSAN to be dedicated to serving the total needs of their customers. I would be afraid to send my daughter to any of those other dealerships alone. Because I don’t believe she would be treated fairly or in a courteous manner. But, I know that FONTANA would treat her with respect and care in any situation. I am not merely writing this message as a review, I intend to send a copy to Nissan of America. They should know that just selling cars is not the mark of a great dealership. But, forging a respect based relationship (coupled with honesty, trust and care) is what will keep your customers coming back. Usually good service I have never had a problem here and this last time I went I was very disappointed with my service I had corrected my service advisor about my name and I have never had a problem here and this last time I went I was very disappointed with my service I had corrected my service advisor about my name and he continued to call me by the wrong name usually I use a coupon and he made me go out of my way to email it while I had my daughter there with me which is a little difficult considering I have to watch her and proceed to email a coupon which I have never had to do in the past they have always honored my coupons with no extra work on my end and then last but not least I didn't appreciate him not going over my inspection I have had proffesional advisors who took their time to tell me what's going on with the vehicle I purchased from their auto center and this time he just was trying to get me out fast and not tell me anything I had to go out of my way to ask and I'm happy I did because my breaks were pretty much out I don't know if he didn't tell me because he wants me to come back and have to pay for rotors too but now that this happened I don't know if I want to come back like I said this is the first bad experience I had but if not going there helps me avoid this man again so be it More

Scott Vanderheide at the Race Shop is a great gentleman to work with and always ask for him when we visit for service. He knows our needs well and takes great care of us. Chris their shop foremen and GTR expert is a great guy and does prompt and accurate work on GTR's. You can trust the entire staff here to take care of you and provide honest work on your vehicle. Happy customer Sean was super helpful. I came to do the tire rotation service for my 2013 Leaf. He saw the battery capacity level and I didn't know it was low. He's Sean was super helpful. I came to do the tire rotation service for my 2013 Leaf. He saw the battery capacity level and I didn't know it was low. He's proactive by offering me to start the paperwork to request new battery. He took care of it! I just got the new battery last week and driving my Leaf is just a breeze now. I don't have to worry about the driving range. More
