Outrageous I went in to get a price for a remote for a 2012 Versa the original price I was quoted was 128.00 for the remote and 75.00 for programming it which I I went in to get a price for a remote for a 2012 Versa the original price I was quoted was 128.00 for the remote and 75.00 for programming it which I thought was pretty high already , so when I brought the car in I was charged 128.00 for the remote . Total came out to 269.13 which I thought was totally ridiculous. I'll be going else where from now on !!! More

NISSAN Fontana, CA operates in high class and excellence in service, the way the Hilton satisfies their customers. Everything is a reflection of Management and Owner. Mr. Eric Thornton had the patience of an angel, not only in showing me and helping me pick out a car that would suit my need, but in answering every question I had without once ever hesitating. Believe me, I can be a pain..lol. Anyways, I never felt under any pressure, I was treated like a v.i.p., and never felt like he was actually trying to sell me a vehicle. My decision to go look at a car was last minute. I had no intention of bying anything. I dont know if everyone in the sales dept. Is like Mr. Thornton, but I feel like one in a million. What a team!!! He told me the truth about everything, there was no underlying or hidden trap. I am so thankful for my new nissan, but most of all, as dorky as this may sound, I feel like Im part of a new family. It's odd, driving will never be the same again. Nissan cares!
