In particular, I had the opportunity to speak with one of their GT-R master techs (Chris) for quite a while and I was very impressed with his knowledge of the GT-R. Similarly, I spoke with Juan quite a bit and was equally impressed with his knowledge and willingness to help me select the best parts for my GT-R. Finally, thanks to Herman for helping schedule my appointment without much notice and getting my car in/out on time. As I mentioned in the title, I drive almost two hours to go to Fontana Nissan from San Diego despite two local Nissan dealerships, and it's worth every minute of the drive. More

Anyway, I told him what I was looking for, he brought out the key, I test drove the car, we went in to the office, I told them I needed an out-the-door quote and the deal was done. Best experience at any dealership I've used in my life. Fontana Nissan has gone out of there way several times for my wife and I. When we bought the car from them, they bought us dinner during the last steps of the purchase process. Every service, One of the owners checks in with us and is on a first name basis with us. He also gave us his personal cell number if we ever have any issues. Last service we had was a great experience, they even gave us a discount due to circumstances that they could not control. It wasn't their fault but they "stepped up to the plate". More

So why do they give you the checks for free hand wash when you buy a car there... when all they do is xxxxxxxx!! I called the manager and he was surprised that they had washed the car like that !! Tough Situation I brought my Pathfinder in for an oil change and to fix the A/C that had just went out. The online appointment system was great and I got rapid and friendly service from the beginning. It turned out to be a pretty complicated (and expensive) job with the service department holding onto my vehicle for about a week. My only complaint was that after the initial exceptional service I received it seemed as if I dropped off their radar and I was forgotten about as for several days they it seemed I had to chase them down to find out my car needed to be kept "one more day". After a couple days of this I was a little angry and expressed my frustration to Anthony and Ric and from that point on their service level rose once again to exceptional. I would have rated them higher overall except for that brief gap of service in the middle. The job was difficult but they got it done and took good care of me in regards to a rental vehicle. The service team was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make what was otherwise a horrible situation tolerable. More
