Great sales consultant experience Ms. Queanna was amazing! She was patient and very friendly. Service I had my oil service done at Fontrana Nissan yesterday and I was very satisfied with the results. They have great customer service there. They have somebody there to assist you the moment you step out of the car, to just opening the doors for you before you leave. Little things count. It made up for the last time. Matt was not there so yeah.. They didn't even give me a car wash and they switched my keys prior to leaving. This rarely happens though. So I always go to Matt Vinzon as my service advisor because i know i he gets the job done right. Hes a busy individual so just expect to wait a little but I guarantee he will take care of you. The manager Frank B. was there to greet you and to make sure everything is going smoothly. Overall great service. 5 stars. And i did not expect for them to vacuum my interior but they did so thanks to the car wash personnel as well! More

Bad customer service period! I recently visiting fontana nissan after speaking with Joseph over the phone. When I arrived I was greeted by Armando. I asked for Joseph and he advis I recently visiting fontana nissan after speaking with Joseph over the phone. When I arrived I was greeted by Armando. I asked for Joseph and he advised he was going to get him. After a few mins joseph comes and stands behind the glass door entrance. Finally he comes out and just stares. Armando had to ask him twice to say hi to me. Joseph finally comes over and says...any questions? Wow! What a jerk! Later i entered the showroom to negotiate prices. Leon came out presented me an offer that I did not want to take. He advised he was going to come back after he ask what I wanted to pay. We'll that wasn't true. He sent Phil over to see if he can close me. Long story short we couldn't agree on a selling price so i got up and left. On the way out of the showroom Phil walks back to his office shouting out sarcastic and rude comments about me while I was still in the show room. With rude employees that think they can treat their potential clients anyway they want or say anything they want I will never give fontana nissan my business nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone. More

They Delivered! I've been in the market for a new car since Nov. of 2013. I'm an Auto Transport Truck Driver who delivers new Nissans to the 11 western states. I deci I've been in the market for a new car since Nov. of 2013. I'm an Auto Transport Truck Driver who delivers new Nissans to the 11 western states. I decided that my new car of choice would be a 2014 370 Z, back in Nov. when I made a delivery to a dealership in the Salt Lake City area. One of the Sales Consultants there said that they would be able to get me the car, so I gave them a shot at the end of March this year. Long story short...10 days after running my credit/processing the deal... I still had no car! Out of frustration I decided to reach out to one of the local dealers (Fontana Nissan) to see if they could deliver the goods, and in 1 day the deal was closed!! You hear me? CLOSED! I was very excited! I could've drove away in a brand new 370 Z that evening, but because I was inflexible about the color I had to wait several days for it to show up. When it was all said and done, and with all conditions met, I drove away in my brand new Z on 4/10/2014. Now I'm happier than a pig in you know what! I thank the Lord for giving me the desires of my heart at his speed, thank Eric, Alexsa, and Phil for being such a great team in handling my deal. Also, I'd like to thank Bob, as well as Chris in Finance. I'm very happy, and would recommend anyone in the market to buy a car @ Fontana Nissan! More
