EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE I was looking to buy a new Nissan Frontier, So I visited a different dealership first. (Metro Nissan) and believe me , the experience there was not e I was looking to buy a new Nissan Frontier, So I visited a different dealership first. (Metro Nissan) and believe me , the experience there was not even close to being acceptable. They promised me they would get the truck I wanted in a couple hours, well they kept me there for seven hours and finally told me that the truck I wanted was not available,(after receiving my down payment) then they told me I had to pick a color on their lot because that's what was available and they only sold the vehicles that the manufacturer sent them, that they could not order anymore colors if I wanted to get the color of my preference that I would have to wait a year or more, I called Fontana Nissan a couple days day after visiting the other ghetto place. I spoke to internet manager (Lisa Salsedo). who was very understanding of what I wanted, sure enough after telling her what I wanted she told me that the color I wanted was very hard to get, but that she would order it for me and that it would arrive to the dealership within 2 months..(special order) she called me two weeks later to give me the good news that she had received the truck. when I arrived to the dealership and finally met Lisa, And Morty, a floor salesperson who was also very helpful courteous and knowledgeable about all the Nissan line up. He is an excellent person and sales consultant. I was treated with respect, courtesy and professionalism. the process was quick and easy. And I received the vehicle that I wanted.
