Why we went with Fontana Nissan, well my husband and I just happen to stop in because we were in area not thinking WE could ever buy from a big dealership. But Franklin made it great he was very knowledgeable in the product and comfortable being there,from chatting it up with our son Zack to talking football with the hubby, and he was very understanding with trying to processing the whole experience in a in-n-out for us because who wants to be at the dealership all day when your buying a vehicle especially on football sunday. While the dealership was quite busy given we went on a Saturday afternoon, the team catered to our needs, made the purchasing process as pain-free as a new car purchase can be, and gave us a great deal. Queanna Feather ("Q") demonstrated outstanding knowledge about the new Pathfinder and was enthusiastic the entire time, which was key considering my entire family was present (my 9 and 11 year old kids really connected with her). Danny Truong checked in with us at an appropriate frequency to make sure we were getting everything we needed.
