We had to wait a long time to get to see the finance manager but he was there offering us pizza, drinks and keeping us company. He s awesome service. After the inspection was completed, my car had several required repairs. Jerome took me over to my car to show me why I needed each repairs. By Jerome doing the following, this helped me see for myself what was needed. If he didn’t do the following, I would have thought he was just trying to take advance of me because I am a woman who knows nothing about cars. He made me feel at ease and very comfortable.
