Overall the people act friendly. However the dealership practices very deceptive tactics. They provided customer a kelley blue book price that was inaccurate. Finance manipulated financial terms that were agreed upon before signing contract. Essentially, we purchased an overpriced vehicle. I do not recommend this place to anyone. More

Jorge Montes made my first car purchase experiance extremely comfortable. I was impressed with his approach and verbal skills. There was no pressure from anyone to purchase anything. Mr. Leon made us feel comfortable and it was an exceptional experience. We were surprised to find out that this is the same family owned dealership that we purchased our 2006 Armada only at a different location.
