I had a very bad experience with Redlands Nissan the day before coming to Fontana Nissan so my and my husband's nerves were frayed. We were greeted with smiles and doors were literally opened for us every time we exited/entered the building. (this is a great touch by the way) It made me feel special and appreciated. Our salesman Freddie Mack was superb, professional, warm and friendly and most of all patient. He made us feel he really wanted our business and was instrumental in getting us a good price on our 2012 Sentra S. Freddie also made sure our car was delivered in a timely manner the SAME DAY of the sale, as our model/color was not on the lot. We are savvy car buyers that did our research and by far we feel we got the BEST deal and treatment at FONTANA NISSAN. More

Danny was very knowledgeable and frendly. He went above and beyond to help us pick the right car for us. I am not happy that the bluetooth doesn't come standard for a car like the altima. My wife and I came in to look at a used Nissan Titan I had seen online. Lisa, Marlon and Leon were all very helpful and knowledgeable about the truck. I walked into Fontana Nissan feeling discouraged and beat down because I had visited a different Nissan dealership in the Inland Empire which caused me to feel vulnerable because the salesman attempted to up down because I had visited a different Nissan dealership in the Inland Empire which caused me to feel vulnerable because the salesman attempted to up-sale me, having no regards for the budget range that I had given him. I walked into Fontana Nissan after speaking with Michael Malkin hoping that the “No Pressure” environment he explained to me on the phone was true. I met with Freddy and from the moment I met him, I was able to let my guards down. Freddy is extremely polite, respectful, and he made “EVERY” effort to “RESPECT” my budget. Never once did he offer me features I said I didn’t need. I then spoke with Victor, he was great too! Victor and Freddy said I could sleep on it, if I didn’t feel my purchase was the right one. I took him up on his offer and I will never purchase a vehicle from another dealership again. Fontana Nissan has won my respect and business. I would especially suggest that if you are looking to purchase a Nissan and want no pressure, or a salesman who respects your budget, then Freddy is the salesman to speak with.
