Super Star Status!!! Few days ago my Plymouth Acclaim (Bob) started acting up and let me just say it has been my ride or die... by now it’s more like die. RIP Bob!!! I ha Few days ago my Plymouth Acclaim (Bob) started acting up and let me just say it has been my ride or die... by now it’s more like die. RIP Bob!!! I have never gone car shop so I was beyond nervous so I started look online and found cute little Sentra submitted my info and was contract by Alyssa (hope I spelled that right) with in a matter of seconds. I explained to her what was going on with Bob and how I have never shop for car so didn’t know what to ask or what the steps were so she took her time with me and answered all my question and more. So she ask me come in and I said okay as long as she stay with me, her reply was I wouldn’t have it any other way. So when I came in I guess I look little scared so Alyssa jokingly said I’m not gonna have to lock the doors am I.. LOL. Now Alyssa must have the patient of Job because I had her jumping from Sentra to Sentra and her smile and customer service never changed. I finally landed on the right Sentra for me and Alyssa broke down all the members for me. Though I did leave that day with the car yet, Alyssa made me feel like Rockstar but more importantly like family. After all that I wouldn’t dare go anywhere else... see you soon Alyssa.
