Over the weekend, we also had the privilege of meeting their manager, Kelly Henderson, and I can honestly say she is one of the most genuine and caring leaders we’ve ever met at any dealership. Kelly doesn’t just “sell cars” — she takes the time to educate, guide, and make sure you fully understand every step of the process. She cares deeply about her team, and that energy extends to the way they care for customers. Kelly personally sat down with my wife and me on a busy Saturday to listen to our situation and talk us through options that were best for our family. The worst customer service I ever had from car dealership. Try to get a hold service department wait over ten minutes to talk to someone no one newer so I can back and super rude lady I think name dealership. I explain that I waited for service for ten minutes and she just rude. I get sent parts who send me back to service which I wait and never get. I call back and operator is even ruder. I wait for service for over ten minutes and have to call back to receive more rudeness even told I should come to dealership to talk to service department. I try a couple a couple more times and now they won’t pick up. The customer service from this operator is pathetic and I don’t mind telling as many people how dissatisfied I am over their operator in regards to getting a hold of service department Is. More
After 15 days of having my 2025 Bronco in my possession, it had to be towed out of my work parking lot due numerous safety/service lights coming on. The service department was asked to document all issues thoroughly, as I am concerned this vehicle may be a lemon and need to protect myself from future issues with it. The service department, sales representative and sales manager all told me that they would not document more on the service report than they already had- even after I provided them with pictures of each alert that I received. They continue to tell me that my vehicle is ready to be picked up, but refuse to document accordingly. Because I work 7 days a week, and am not able to leave work for a 5th time to deal with this issue, the sales manager offered to deliver my vehicle to my home, but then retracted that the next day and is adamant that I must pick it up- they don’t care about the inconvenience caused or hardships occurred from not having a vehicle, even though I’ve now spent over $7500 in just a few weeks on down payment and registration. They are now pushing a narrative that my vehicle is ready for pick up, and I’m just refusing to get it- when all I want is for the issues to be documented appropriately, and for them to be true to their word on delivering it, as promised. The sales manager just offered to pay for my first months payment IF I would come and pick up the vehicle, instead of having it delivered to me as he suggested. I’ve never known *any company to throw money at a customer, unless they know they are at fault for something bigger and want to avoid additional issues. More
