Do to my current circumstances it was a bit difficult this time to get what I wanted but Frank Luciano was wonderful! He catered to my needs and wants and drove me around until I found the car that was right for me, An upgrade and new experience with luxury and style, I actually love my car! Frank was focused and spent time with me patiently looking at different vehicles on his lot, on line and others that were on their way! Thank you Frank, I’m glad I came back to Ford Country! Also his manager Mike topped the deal with agreeing to my demands as I can be a brat sometimes, but still he complied and was very kind! You feel the pride in their great customer service!
