Treated us like family When the 'games' began on a deal for a new F350 fully loaded 2016 truck, my husband asked for our truck keys back and I went outside leaving the sales When the 'games' began on a deal for a new F350 fully loaded 2016 truck, my husband asked for our truck keys back and I went outside leaving the salesman, Andy, asking what they could do to make a deal. We are grown adults who have purchased lots of vehicles and we are older than Andy and did not want to play games - we just wanted Ford's bottom line, honest deal. When my husband did not immediately come outside I went back in and saw him standing at the counter talking with Andy and now Kevin, the sales manager. They were trying to get my husband into an F250 that would fit the terms acceptable to my husband. Kevin, like Andy, was very nice and included me in the discussion telling me what they were trying to do but it turned out the F250s were nearly the same price as the F350s. I mentioned to my husband that he needed to get the one he wanted since it was the last vehicle he was ever going to get (the reason why we went there). When Kevin heard that he went to work again and made the F350 that my husband originally wanted happen. He really stretched things on his end to make the deal work and to make sure we were happy. We have been back twice since purchasing the vehicle and both he and Andy have just been over the top kind to us making us feel like part of the family. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who asks and I hope to purchase my 'last vehicle' there next year. Thank you Kevin and Andy for not letting us walk away so easily, and for helping to get my husband into the truck he has always wanted and deserves after years of hard work! P.S. Turned away I went online to request service and a number text me back stating there was no appointment needed and that they closed at 7pm Monday thru Friday. I went and after work drove from across town because it was after 5 and I thought i would have time to get my car service,according to the text. Boy was I wrong, not only when I get there at 5:20pm I was told they can not see me because they stop taking cars at 4pm. Now I'm confused because the text said they closed at 7pm. So I was direct to the manager on duty. He then informed me "we do not have a text system and I'm not sure who text me". He also told me they closed at 6pm and that they can stop taking cars at any point and the day. He was adamant that they didn't have a text system so I spent another 15 minutes proving to him they had a text system. This was the worst experience at a dealership ever. I always here people state don't take your car to a dealership. This is my 1st ford and I was kinda excited on taking my car to the dealership to get service. After this experience maybe I'll try better luck at Ford in Las Vegas because Ford in Henderson really let me down. More

I did not feel for one second like there was anyone else in the dealership that they were more focused on than myself. Casey was friendly, easy to talk to, and worked with what little I had to offer to get me into a brand new 2016 Ford Focus S. I was so impressed with the way they handled my situation, especially with all of the times I have already been turned down. They did not stop until they found a way that worked for my personal needs, and that was so amazing to me. They felt more like good friends than sales people. They were not pushy and didn't rush me (which is the worst thing possible in my opinion), and got the job done in a timely manner. I am so pleased that I was able to purchase a car from this dealership, and work with such amazing individuals. I will definitely be back, as well as many of my friends and relatives. More

Our agent (Andy Diestra) listened carefully to our concerns, and helped us make a terrific selection which met and even exceeded our needs and expectations. The sales manager (Kevin Vanetta) offered us a fair lease price, and the finance manager (Ed Armendariz) helped us negotiate all the documentation required. We just completed our first road trip to San Francisco, and the vehicle performed perfectly. We will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and associates. More

Fastest purchase ever! So I had done all the leg work and research before I reached out to the internet sales. I used the feature on the dealer site to send a cash offer. It was on a Sunday and i got an immediate response letting me know that I would get a call the next day. And I did! Carlos let me know that they could work in my budget and make it happen in my time frame. With that being said all I had to do was show and inspect the vehicle and pay for it. This is the same thing my wife had to do but at another dealer. She went through a 4-5 hour ordeal that frankly I wouldn't have stayed for. But my experience was far different. I made my offer. They accepted it and I was off to Scott to pay for it. He was great and after only 2 hours of me being in the dealership I was leaving in my car! Thanks guys I will be back. More
