I really like that they seem to have a great after sales or add on department that can get windows tinted, rolling covers for pickups, side steps and pretty much anything to outfit your vehicle. I am pretty set for vehicles for awhile, but when I am back in the market, I'll definitely shop here first. More

Second chance finance I'm a retired U.S. Navy veteran with some credit issues. I tried purchasing a vehicle from a few dealers but was denied everytime. After I received I'm a retired U.S. Navy veteran with some credit issues. I tried purchasing a vehicle from a few dealers but was denied everytime. After I received a email from Mindy Zaragoza from Ford Country that they could help, I spoke with Bob Rusca who got me approved. About a week later, I had to return to the dealership where the finance manager (Sam) got me an even better deal knocking off an entire year of payments without changing my current payment. They could have left the deal as is but instead worked out a better deal for me. So if you looking for a dealership that's actually looking out for you. Go see Bob Rusca and Sam in finance is like a magician with numbers. If I was still on board an Aircraft carrier I would recommend this dealership to all my shipmates. More

Beautiful Ford Explorer ! I purchase a brand new Ford Explorer with all the bells and whistles . Great experience. My sales agent was Vincent , Or Vinnie for short. He went above and beyond , even contacting me afterwards to see if everything is up to my expectations. The 3rd seating is awesome, all ready did a road trip that first weekend to stretch her legs, everyone more then comfortable. Love the back up camera and the light monitor on the side mirrors to alert you if there is a carbon your blind spot. Makes me feel a little bit more secure when teaching a 16 year old how to drive. I definetly would recommend Ford Country and Vinnie . Thank you guys . I wish I could remember the gentlemen who did the finance , but he told me to cancel my extended warranty on my trade in (chevy) and I received a nice little check back. Thank you More

My dealer Garrick Delafuente was helpful before I even went to the dealership. He reached out to me after I put my information on the website and made sure he knew what car I was interested in and set an appointment to meet with him. He was extremly friendly and not pushy at all. He helped me get the exact car I wanted. He went above and beyond and I couldn't have asked for a better dealer! More

On a scale of 1-10, Ford Country is a 12! From the moment they met me at the airport, to the moment I left the dealership in my new car, the service was top notch. Before I even got to the dealership they helped me get the financing I needed and went above and beyond to assist me in any way that they could. I truly felt like a VIP because of the treatment I received from Sherri, Luciano and the rest of the Ford Country staff. And it didn't end when I drove my new car off the lot, they checked on me, answered my questions, got me assistance with registering my vehicle in California and gave me personal attention that I have never received from a dealership before. Like I said, on a scale of 1-10, Ford Country is a 12! I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. More

Bought 2 NEW cars in 2 days! Best customer service EVER! From Garrick answering questions of mine before I came to dealership to handing us the keys, him and his Team didn't miss Best customer service EVER! From Garrick answering questions of mine before I came to dealership to handing us the keys, him and his Team didn't miss a beat! My husband was so impressed of his extensive knowledge of Mustangs. I love a person that knows their product! We went in Friday planning to buy me a Ford Escape but couldn't resist checking out the Mustangs first so needless to say after driving the 2015 we wanted to buy one : ) We also test drove the Ford Fusion ST and I had to have it soon as I drove it. Fun, sporty and something different (I've always owned crossovers). I left with my car Friday and we went back Sat for 2015 Mustang 50th yr limited edition. Very exciting. Very happy. Pleasant experience all the way, thanks to Garrick, Vinny, Scott in finance and Bret. Scott, thanks for helping us correct a few #'s on paperwork during signing and ensuring me I will get my Veterans tags and taking time to pull that document online. Vinny, thanks for follow up call I rec'd today. Thanks also Vinny for taking time to show me how everything worked before I left dealership Friday evening.
