Our salesman, Eric Grant, was very professional and handled every request we had with speed and a sense of importance as if he were working a deal for a family member. The sales team never pressured us with a stripped down vehicle, high payments, high interest loans or any type of deal we didn't want. With each deal we told them what we wanted and on two of the three deals they actually had to get our vehicles from other lots just to ensure we got everything we asked for. I have purchased vehicles from numerous other dealers in the valley and have never received the customer service I have gotten from Ford Country. No back and fourth, no games just great service.
