Especially our salesperson Sherri Anderson and finance manager Kelly Henderson. Because of their great customer service and professionalism we have just purchased our second vehicle from them in the last two weeks. Not only have they worked very hard to get the best deal for us, they also listened to us. We recommended them to one of our daughters and they also purchased a new vehicle from Sherri and Kelly last week. Caring, honest and professional salespeople/finance managers deserve to be recognized for their efforts in a world of deceit and lies. More

Love my new (to me) Explorer! This is the second car I bought from Ford Country, my first was a 2008 Mustang (my favorite car!). Now that I have three grandchildren, one a new born This is the second car I bought from Ford Country, my first was a 2008 Mustang (my favorite car!). Now that I have three grandchildren, one a new born, I need a bigger car. I looked at the Edge, Flex and the Explorer. I ended up getting the Explorer (2014) It has every bell and whistle in it! I love it! I won't need a new car for a long time! The people at Ford Country are very nice and helpful. I will recommend them to anyone who wants to by a car. My daughter and her husband also bought a car from Ford Country about six months ago and also had a great experience. I think I got a pretty good deal, and I'm very happy with my car and experience! Roy and Ed were great to work with, super nice guys! Thank you for everything! More

On a scale of 1-10, Ford Country is a 12! From the moment they met me at the airport, to the moment I left the dealership in my new car, the service was top notch. Before I even got to the dealership they helped me get the financing I needed and went above and beyond to assist me in any way that they could. I truly felt like a VIP because of the treatment I received from Sherri, Luciano and the rest of the Ford Country staff. And it didn't end when I drove my new car off the lot, they checked on me, answered my questions, got me assistance with registering my vehicle in California and gave me personal attention that I have never received from a dealership before. Like I said, on a scale of 1-10, Ford Country is a 12! I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. More

Bought 2 NEW cars in 2 days! Best customer service EVER! From Garrick answering questions of mine before I came to dealership to handing us the keys, him and his Team didn't miss Best customer service EVER! From Garrick answering questions of mine before I came to dealership to handing us the keys, him and his Team didn't miss a beat! My husband was so impressed of his extensive knowledge of Mustangs. I love a person that knows their product! We went in Friday planning to buy me a Ford Escape but couldn't resist checking out the Mustangs first so needless to say after driving the 2015 we wanted to buy one : ) We also test drove the Ford Fusion ST and I had to have it soon as I drove it. Fun, sporty and something different (I've always owned crossovers). I left with my car Friday and we went back Sat for 2015 Mustang 50th yr limited edition. Very exciting. Very happy. Pleasant experience all the way, thanks to Garrick, Vinny, Scott in finance and Bret. Scott, thanks for helping us correct a few #'s on paperwork during signing and ensuring me I will get my Veterans tags and taking time to pull that document online. Vinny, thanks for follow up call I rec'd today. Thanks also Vinny for taking time to show me how everything worked before I left dealership Friday evening. Unplanned purchase Had great customer service, Todd only showed me cars that were based on criteria I provided. He did tell me about the new Ford Explorer 2016 but I br Had great customer service, Todd only showed me cars that were based on criteria I provided. He did tell me about the new Ford Explorer 2016 but I brushed it off believing it was well out of my price range. After viewing used cars and not finding anything I was interested, I wandered around the lot while Todd was doing some updates on my current Ford vehicle. I spotted the 2016 Explorer Sport, not knowing what it was till I got up close and instantly fell in love with it. Todd assisted me getting the vehicle for a price that I could afford and set me up with Ed in finance who found me another discount! The whole experience took less than 4 hours, very impressed all the way around! More
