First ever new Ford vehicle I inquired about a new vehicle about a month previous to coming to Ford Country. I had no intention of buying at Ford because we had our mind set on a different car. We had pleasant young lady that was pleasantly persistent on setting up an appointment. We decided to stop in and she greeted us at the store and introduced us to Tommy. He took over and our experience with Tommy was pressure free. He showed us a few cars, took us for a ride, listened to our needs and we drove off with a brand new Explorer. Everyone seemed passionate about working at Ford Country. They did not seem pressured from an employees angle. Overall very well pleased. More

Bad to Horrible Experiences Horrible wasted of my time for one and half hours, they attempted to over charged my son $5,000 for the same car he purchased on another Ford Dealer, Horrible wasted of my time for one and half hours, they attempted to over charged my son $5,000 for the same car he purchased on another Ford Dealer, the same Ford Fusion, same year brand new and same package. Just Stay away from this guys, they will play with numbers to make look like you are getting a good deal but thrust you won't. I was a car salesman for many years and thrust me when I tell you that I had the worst experience at this dealer. Don't take the low finance rate, just take your best discount on the vehicle and get your finance at your bank, no matter how bad your credit is at the dealers they will triple the numbers one way of another. I was washing these guys trying to scam my son and thank god I was there to save my son from making a $5,000 mistake. Must buyer don't do they research before going to a dealer you should know what is the factory incentives for the vehicle you are buying because sure this guys hided them from my son. My first bad experience goes back to last week of May 2015 when they posted a vehicle I wanted and I inquired before going there with Donya Talebnejad, before going there I asked do you still have the vehicle available and was told by her yes, I'll take the keys and hold it until you get here. Well I got there in less than 10 minutes, I saw Donya Outside by the hot dog stand with other salesman, she was shock to see how quick I got there, right away I asked can I see the car, well I was jerk out round for about 30 minutes while they were trying to sell another vehicle, I was told by another salesman that the vehicle I was looking for was sold two weeks before by him. I was lie by Donya when she told me that she had the keys and she was going to hold it, this was just a bait to get me to buy another vehicle at a higher price. This was my experience with my son and for that I won't never thrust this dealer for any future business. I refused to be a victim and hope I opened others customers eye. More

SALES TEAM - OUTSTANDING!!! We have been dealing with Ford Country in Henderson since August of 2013 when we purchased a used car off the Ford Country lot. The sales representati We have been dealing with Ford Country in Henderson since August of 2013 when we purchased a used car off the Ford Country lot. The sales representative, Marvin, was outstanding. No pressure, very polite and informative. We consummated the deal almost immediately on, not only the quality of the used car but also on the connection with Marvin and his bossKevin Vanetta. My wife was so impressed that a month later, when we decided it was time to purchase a new car for me, she didn't hesitate on insisting we go directly to Ford Country. Again, a wonderful experience. My heart was set on an electric car and I was impressed with the Ford Focus. after a test ride with Marvin, and further discussion of my driving needs, Marvin and my wife decided a Ford Fusion Energy would best fit my needs. At this point we were introduced to Scott Gilmore the electric car specialist (now in finance). After a test ride or two, and because of Marvin and Scott, the deal was made. We elected to lease the car which was my first lease. Nothing but great things to say about all three of the sales team. It didn't feel like your typical car dealership. More like meeting friends for the first time - a friendship that has lasted to this day. Fast forward to July of this year, 2015. My son who lives in New Jersey, needed a different car as his, for lack of a better word, "died". My wife's immediate reaction was to go to Ford Country and purchase another used car and have me drive it to New Jersey to give to our son. Marvin again was on the scene (my wife specifacly asked for him. As he was not available at that time, a new sales person came on the scene - Henry (the Tank) and, of course, Kevin, My wife refused to go to Car Max or any other dealership to buy a used car. Ford Country and only Ford Country because of the great relationship we have formed over the past 2 years. We purchased a 2002 Ford Focus with 60,000 miles. The car had been through the service center and was in good shape for its age. I drove it to New Jersey the following week and, outside of a few noises, it ran very well (as only a Ford will do). When I got to New Jersey, the noises got louder and louder. I took it to Sears Auto and they informed me that the front struts and ball joints needed replacing. This was not evident in Las Vegas as the roads are very well paved and little pot hole. New Jersey, on the other hand, has pot holes with a little road! They replaced the needed parts and, by the way, showed me each one prior to the repair so I knew they did in fact need replacing. Now here is why I will NEVER go anywhere else but Ford Country Henderson. Upon my return, the Ford dealership reimburrsed my costs at getting the car fixed! THAT IS OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! UNBELIEVABLE! To say our relationship with Ford Country Henderson is strong is an understatement. Kevin Vanetta handled the whole thing in a very professional manner. Marvin was right by our side throughout the presentation and discussion of our dilemma with the latest "front-end" issue. We have nothing but the greatest respect and admiration for Kevin, Marvin, Henry and, although he's not in sales anymore, Scott. Thank you guys for everything and my lease is soon up so, when the 2016 Fusion Energy's are available, Kelly and I will be down to lease a new one. Yours with great respect, Timothy E. R.
