Dear Mrs. McKenna, I apologize for any inconvenience we have put you through. When I received your call at another repair facility stating you needed rotors after we just performed a brake Job on your Vehicle I was very concerned and wanted to get the Vehicle back in as soon as possible. As you know I inspected your Vehicle with my shop foreman and 2 of my Factory trained brake technicians and In fact your rotors were in specifications. We do not try and sale services not needed or fabricate and make things up to try and make other Facilities look bad to steal customers. As far as your brake pads falling off I don’t see how that is possible when they are mounted between the calipers and rotors and there is no way just to fall out. If you had Brake Pad Material coming apart that is possible the fortunate thing is you did get into another Ford Dealer and they replaced the Motor Craft Life Time Brake Pads we installed. Again I apologize for all the back and forth running around you had to do and if I came across rude to you I am sorry I just like to get the Facts out and make sure our customers are being treated fairly. Dear Mrs. Clifton I apologize it took so long to get your Vehicle completed your moldings you are referring to are laminated decals that need to be removed by a skilled body person using a special heat gun. To perform this repair properly all the doors need to be disassembled and your glass partially removed to avoid and damage to the glass or tint and is a very time consuming repair, therefore I believe Anthony your Service Advisor provided a car for you to drive while the vehicle was being repaired. These vehicles do have special characteristics on the transmission operation and this type of complaint is not uncommon but be assured it is operating correctly and would be happy to take a ride with you and we can even compare it to another if you like. I was aware that the shop foreman was going to take a road test with you and apologize about the timing and communication. Please let me know if I can further assist you.
