If you’re looking for a new Ford 100% go to Ford Country! I’ve never been to a dealer that actually felt like they were for the customer until going here. My salesman was Robert L. And I couldn’t have asked I’ve never been to a dealer that actually felt like they were for the customer until going here. My salesman was Robert L. And I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman, he was full of information and constantly treated me with kindness. I did have some issues that were of no fault to the dealership, but Robert went above and beyond to make things right. Even after the sale he still calls to see how things are! So if you want a dealership that actually works for you then do yourself a favor and see Robert L. at Ford Country! You won’t be disappointed! More

Since I have been with this dealer I have had nothing but top notch service and help from the staff. When I needed a loaner while my car was in for repair they came thru when none were to be had and got us a top notch service and help from the staff. Cody at service department was totally awesome and on top of his game, he got my vehicle in earlier than expected and called with an estimate within 3 hours. After my approval my truck was repaired early and of his game, he got my vehicle in earlier than expected and called with an estimate within 3 hours. After my approval my truck was repaired early and under budget by 570$. Finance department never return my calls after multiple attempts to reach them.Unacceptable customer service for this occur. Even after asking to speak with a manager I kept getting no response. I eventually talked to someone in finance and he said he would call me later but never did. Something went wrong with my paperwork on the purchase of my leased buyout. Multiple people drop the ball.
