very happy customer I am very reluctant to visit a auto dealership. Last vehicle purchased was thirteen years ago. I heard the hype about the new rear wheel drive Exp I am very reluctant to visit a auto dealership. Last vehicle purchased was thirteen years ago. I heard the hype about the new rear wheel drive Explorer so had to take a look at it. I do not need a new car. My wonderful Toyota 4Runner has only 60,000 miles and is in excellent condition. Kevin Clyde complemented my Toyota and said you probably don't need a new car but since you want to know about the completely new designed 2020 Explorer, please drive it and tell us what you think. No pressure, just very kind, respectable and friendly contact. I was surprised and very impressed with the new 2020 Explorer ST. Wow !!! Kevin never pushed me at all. He simply demonstrated, in detail, the quality features. I was so impressed with the Explorer and the genuine treatment I received from Kevin and Dan Mahoney that I accepted their offer immediately. Thank you Kevin, Dan and Kelly for a very pleasant, painless experience. I love my wonderful new Ford and appreciate all of you very much. More
